GTM Consulting in India
Indian companies are usually running two go-to-market motions at once: a domestic one where relationships and price sensitivity dominate, and an export one where credibility and process do. Very few have systems designed for either, let alone both.

One Revenue Stack, Two Completely Different Markets.
The domestic Indian sale rewards relationship depth, in-person presence, flexible commercial terms and patience with long payment cycles. The US or European sale rewards fast response, self-serve evaluation, security documentation and rigid process. Most Indian companies run both through a single CRM configuration, one sequence library and one set of stage definitions, then wonder why the forecast is unreliable in both.
Enrichment coverage for Indian mid-market is genuinely poor with the vendors most teams default to, so domestic targeting runs on stale or missing data.
Payment and collection cycles differ enormously between markets, and pipeline that ignores that produces revenue forecasts finance cannot use.
The DPDP Act, GDPR and US state privacy laws all apply to different slices of the same database, and almost nobody models jurisdiction on the record.
Building a Stack That Serves Both Motions Honestly
Separate the Motions Inside One System
Domestic and export deals get distinct stage definitions, qualification bars, SLAs and forecast models within the same CRM. This sounds obvious and is rare. Most teams force both through a template designed for one, which is why stage conversion rates look meaningless when reported together.
Fix Domestic Data Coverage
We build enrichment waterfalls tuned for the Indian market, combining MCA filings, GST registration data, regional sources and direct research where the global vendors have thin coverage. This routinely takes usable fill rate on domestic mid-market from unworkable to good.
Model Jurisdiction as a Field
Every contact carries its applicable privacy regime and lawful basis, and sequence eligibility computes from it. One database, correctly segmented, rather than the common alternative of either over-restricting everything or quietly hoping nobody checks.
Instrument Collection, Not Just Closing
For the domestic motion especially, revenue is not real until it is collected. We extend pipeline reporting through invoicing and collection so the commercial team sees the full cycle and account-level payment behaviour becomes a qualification input.
Deliverables
- Separate stage models, SLAs and forecasts for domestic and export motions
- An India-tuned enrichment waterfall using MCA, GST and regional data sources
- Jurisdiction and lawful-basis fields gating sequence eligibility across DPDP and GDPR
- Pipeline reporting extended through invoicing and collection
- Multi-currency and multi-market pricing modelled in the CRM
Is This You?
Strong fit
- You are an Indian company selling both domestically and internationally.
- Your CRM treats both motions identically and your forecast reflects that.
- Domestic account data quality is visibly holding back your targeting.
Not a fit yet
- You are pre-revenue. Sell manually until the pattern is clear enough to encode.
- You need company registration or tax advice. That is not us.
Two Motions, One Broken Forecast
If your domestic and export deals sit in the same pipeline with the same stages, your conversion rates are an average of two very different realities. That is a good thirty-minute conversation.

Common Questions
Do you work with companies outside the major metros?
Yes. The work is remote by nature and we have built systems for teams in tier-two cities and manufacturing clusters. If anything the systems value is higher where hiring senior RevOps talent locally is harder, because the alternative to infrastructure is a hire you cannot easily make.
How do you handle enrichment for Indian companies specifically?
With a waterfall rather than a vendor. Global providers have weak coverage of Indian mid-market, so we combine MCA and GST registry data, regional directories, and targeted research for high-value accounts. Measured fill rate is the deliverable, not a vendor recommendation.
What does the DPDP Act change for outbound?
It formalises consent, notice and data-principal rights for personal data processed in India, which mostly means your outreach needs a documented lawful basis, working suppression, and the ability to honour deletion requests. Business contact data for B2B is not unrestricted. We build the mechanics; your counsel sets the interpretation.
Are you an agency or a consultancy?
Neither in the usual sense. We build and operate systems rather than running campaigns or producing recommendations. If you need media buying or a strategy document, we are the wrong shape of firm and we will say so early.
