These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the Kirality Labs website and any services provided by Kirality Labs ("we", "our", or "us"). By accessing our website or engaging our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. Please read them carefully.
Kirality Labs provides bespoke AI revenue infrastructure design, deployment, and operational services for SaaS and Ecommerce teams. The specific scope, deliverables, timelines, and fees for any engagement are set out in a separate Statement of Work or service agreement entered into with each client. These Terms apply in addition to any such agreement.
You must be at least 18 years of age and have the legal authority to enter into a binding agreement on behalf of yourself or your organisation to use our services. By using our services, you represent and warrant that you meet these requirements.

All content on this website — including text, graphics, logos, and software — is the property of Kirality Labs and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. Custom automation logic and revenue infrastructure developed for a client engagement remain the property of Kirality Labs unless explicitly transferred in a signed agreement. Client-provided data, brand assets, and content remain the property of the client.
Both parties agree to keep confidential any proprietary or sensitive information shared during an engagement. This includes business data, strategic plans, technical configurations, and pricing. This obligation survives the termination of any engagement.
Fees for services are specified in individual Statements of Work. Unless otherwise agreed, invoices are payable within 14 days of issue. Late payments may incur interest at the rate permitted by applicable law. We reserve the right to suspend services for accounts in arrears.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Kirality Labs shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of our services or website. Our total aggregate liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the relevant service in the three months preceding the claim.
Our website and services are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee that specific revenue outcomes will be achieved. AI-generated outputs are provided as tools to support your team and are not a substitute for human judgement.
Either party may terminate an engagement according to the notice period specified in the relevant Statement of Work. We reserve the right to immediately suspend or terminate access to our services if you breach these Terms.
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in New Delhi, India.
We may update these Terms from time to time. The "Effective Date" at the top of this page reflects the most recent revision. Continued use of our website or services after any update constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
